Description of Goods
Any descriptions or applications listed are only to be used as a guide, please contact us if you are unsure of the correct part for your vehicle.
The manufacturer of the parts we supply are clearly stated within the site.
We reserve the right to supply parts from another manufacturer of an equal quality.

Guarantee
All parts carry a minimun one year guarantee from the date of purchase against defects in design, materials or workmanship.
No claims will be accepted unless any faulty goods are returned.
Claims are limited to the value of the parts as stated on the original invoice.
Any parts returned as faulty may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing before a decision can be made.
Parts are only to be used for the applications stated on this website.

Delivery (General Notes)
Orders received before noon are despatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.
A signature is required at the time of delivery, otherwise the items will not be left.
Any delivery dates suggested by us are for guidance purposes only. We will use all reasonable efforts to meet delivery dates, but we shall not be liable for any loss caused through delay to deliver whether direct, indirect or consequential.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically in the shopping basket depending on value, total order weight and delivery location.
We deliver to addresses in the UK (Next Day),Europe and The Rest Of The World.(3 to 5 days)
All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery, and we must be notified of any damaged, missing or incorrect items within two working days.

Delivery (by Royal Mail)
Some small light weight orders may be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Delivery (by Courier)
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail next day service.
If there is no one present to take delivery, a card will be left and you will need to contact your local depot to arrange re-delivery.
Delivery will only be attempted twice, after which the goods will be stored at your nearest delivery depot for three days, during which time you will have to collect them.
If after three days you have not collected the goods they will be returned to us, and any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
If the outer packaging is damaged, or one of a number of parcels is missing you must endorse the consignment note supplied by the carrier accordingly.
If you the customer refuses to accept the delivery the goods will be returned to us, and any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
Any goods to be returned have to be first authorised by the seller within 7 days of receipt of goods.
The goods must be returned at your own cost within 14 days along with relevant invoice, and be in a new and saleable condition.
Delivery charges and return delivery charges are not refundable, apart from where we have supplied a part in error.
Specially ordered and electrical parts cannot be returned for refund.

VAT
We are registered in the UK for VAT, and it is charged on all goods and services at a rate of 20% (excluding goods going to Chanel Islands)
